Service Description

Join us for a knitting workshop for experienced knitters to create and learn with some top MODE at Rowan knitting experts. Come away with enhanced skills and a beautiful new crafted piece. MODE at Rowan, is Rowan’s new sub-brand, focussing on essential hand knitwear, that is timeless and crafted with ease. Designed in a sumptuous range of natural fibre yarns, and inspiring, curated colour palette. Under the tuition of expert knitters and MODE at Rowan designers Emma and Georgina Brant you will learn some advanced knitting techniques including cable stitching. During the course you will learn how to knit the beautiful Highoak & Isle hat and scarf set by MODE at Rowan, using the pattern, yarns and Rowan Knitting Needles provided in your kit, all packaged in an exclusive MODE Project bag for crafting on the move. There will be plenty of guidance and advice from our experts on the day, to get you underway! The Highoak hat is a cosy and quick-to-knit garter stitch beanie with a deep rib brim for added warmth and a snug and comfortable fit. Topped with a pom pom for a luxurious finish! The Isle scarf features a beautiful cable design and looks as amazing as it feels. Both the hat and scarf are knitted in MODE’s Chunky Wool (100% Wool) in your choice of colour.  Everything required to complete the hat and scarf will be provided including; - 7mm | 2 UK | 10.5 US Rowan Knitting Needles - MODE Chunky Wool in your choice of colour - Highoak & Isle pattern - MODE Project bag Ask an Expert There will be plenty of guidance and advice from our experts Emma & Georgina on the day, to help you with any knitty questions, from advanced fitting and sizing techniques to what cast-on method to use for your project they will be on hand to advise. You will take home the yarn and materials needed to knit the matching scarf using the techniques you have learned on the day. The day runs from 10-4pm & includes lunch, all your refreshments and of course there'll be cake!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION If you cancel the booking, we reserve the right to impose cancellation charges as follows: Ten (10) days or more before the date of the Workshop, Larkswold will work with you to move the booking to an alternative date or workshop (subject to any additional charges that may apply resulting from the alternative date or workshop chosen). Suppose an alternative date or workshop cannot be agreed upon at the time of cancellation. In that case, Larkswold will issue you with a credit to the value of the Workshop (“Workshop Credit”), which you can use towards the cost of an alternative workshop of your choice (subject to availability) and which shall be valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue. If you fail to rebook an alternative workshop within this period, all rights are forfeited; To cancel, you just need to let us know.
